We will assist you in preparing all paperwork in which you will require in putting a matter before the courts, we will serve all papers on the Applicant / Respondent.

 

We will attend the court with you and direct  you to the duty counsel to speak on your matter, unfortuniately Paralegals are not always granted permission to speak on a matter in which involves custody.

 

Support:

 

Changes in financial circumstances can often affect the amount of child support. We prepare court documents and letters to the Fro, to help arrange a mutal agreement in regards to payment to Fro in reference to errors.

 

 

Separation agreements:

 

We will meet with a couple to help them come up with and preapre a Separation agreement that both parties can agree to we work with both parties to ensure that an agreement is acceptable to both.

 

Divorces:

 

We will prepare and file an application for Divorce as long as it is uncontested, meaning that neither parties are going to dispute, if there is a dispute then we will direct you to a Lawyer that will assist you. 

 

SMALL CLAIMS COURT REPRESENTATION :

 

You can now file claims at Small Claims up to $10,000. We prepares, File, Serve adn represent you at all stages of the case, from the settlement conference to the trial. We enforce all judgements though Guarnishments, writs of seizures, and by teh debtor examinations.

 

At the Corporate Center we can and will assist in arranging terms of setllement.  

CJ Thrasher has open the Corporate Center which is located on South Pinnacle Street,  her goal is to have a place where a person could come regardless of what the Legal issue is and to be able to find a person that specializes in that field.
